18. "Do gooders" impose their will and vision of the “good society” on everyone else.
This is not freedom and it has not bettered society. It has made it worse.
Great care must be taken to insure that the terrible force of government does not force its overt and hidden agendas down our throats. To force and compel is against liberty of conscience. Government should never be allowed to go beyond its bounds of preventing harm and establishing the rule of just laws to protect our inalienable rights.
No wonder Plutark warned 2,000 years ago that, “The real destroyers of the liberties of the people is he who spreads among them bounties, donations and benefits.” (http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/quotes/p/plutarch136409.html) Do-gooders are enemies of everything we hold near and dear. Why do certain leaders and movements always morph into big Government?
It is the classic, narcissistic and ancient problem of mankind. Many wanna be leaders through out time translate Government and leadership into being served, not serving; being worshiped and submitted to . . . controlling, demanding and dictating, not protecting our basic God given rights to freedom. Ronald Reagan declared:
You and I are told increasingly that we have to choose between a left or right, but I would like to suggest that there is no such thing as a left or right. There is only an up or down --- up to a man's age-old dream, the ultimate in individual freedom consistent with law and order --- or down to the ant heap totalitarianism, and regardless of their sincerity, their humanitarian motives, those who would trade our freedom for security have embarked on this downward course. . . .
. . . They use terms like the "Great Society," or . . . we must accept a "greater government activity in the affairs of the people." . . . .They have voices that say "the cold war will end through acceptance of a . . . democratic socialism." Another voice says that the profit motive has become outmoded, it must be replaced by . . . the welfare state. . . . [We must meet] ". . . the material needs of the masses through the full power of centralized government." . . . . A government can't control the economy without controlling people. It is like Mao, the Chinese dictator who criminally killed many more millions of innocent people than Hitler, who said, "Power is gained at the end of a gun." (http://nucs.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!9BDC9AF3C3504EC5!150.entry) In other words, by force and coercion they achieve their ends via the enormous power of government. Thus they destroy liberty.
Lory Roth concluded:
Ronald Reagan said it best. Big Government is never the answer it is the problem! It always masks itself at first as the savior, problem solver, and the defender of the poor and most needy. We saw this kind of seduction and bold takeover strategy by Castro in Cuba, Hitler in Germany, Mussolini and Stalin to name a few. They didn’t gain power so quickly by stating their plans to control all media, seize all guns, land and food supplies. They didn’t talk about the mass murders and torture to come once the seduction and distraction wore off. (Ibid.)
They supposedly meant good, but they used the force of goverment to make people do what they wanted them to. Socialism always boils down to coercion and control.
Freedom is way too precious, too glorious, too priceless to let do-gooder's rob us of it. Freedom is grand key to everything beautiful, right and good. The future of this nation and all other nations are in the balance. Carefully consider the following sections and the important principles that are taught and have been violated producing the decline and ruin of what was once the greatest and most moral nation on earth: (See: "Virtue and Greatness")
19. Welfarism, or government enforced redistribution of wealth, has been a colossal failure and creates weakness and vice instead of strengthening people into becoming greater human beings who can self-reliantly contribute and share the wealth they create for mankind. Congressman Ron Paul explained that:
It is time to recognize that government assistance over several generations did not eradicate poverty in New Orleans [or anywhere else for that matter], but rather created a deadly form of dependency on government. (www.lewrockwell.com/paul/paul277.html)
Rather than encouraging self-reliance, strength and self-sufficiency, they have promoted weakness, helplessness and dependence. The government programs do not follow the simple truth that "if you give a man a fish, he may eat for a day, but if you teach him how to fish, he could eat for a lifetime." Beside, socialism:
. . . by its very nature, is an inherently tyrannical ideology that uses force or the threat of force to take from those who produce and redistribute to those who don't (after the ruling elites take their [big] cut). Under socialism, all power rests in the hands of the almighty State. The failure of socialism and social engineering by "the best and brightest" of left-wing liberalism has been proven [time and time again, but liberals think if only I, being superior to all others, were in charge I could make it work].
The problem is fundamentally flawed chiefly because it destroys incentives to work and produce. The profit motive has proven to be the most powerful incentive on the face of the earth. Throw that incentive out and you have a mess on your hands. Note the following altered "Modern Version of the Little Red Hen" by Gaylord Sutherland:
Once upon a time there was a Little Red Hen who scratched about and uncovered some grains of wheat. She called her barnyard neighbors and said, "If we work together and plant this wheat we will have some fine bread to eat. Who will help me plant the wheat?'
"Not I," said the Cow. "Not I," said the Duck, "Not I," said the
Goose. "Then I will," said the Little Red Hen---and she did.
After the wheat started growing the ground turned dry and
there was no rain in sight. "Who will help me water the wheat?" said the Little Red Hen.
"Not I," said the Cow. "Not I," said the Duck. "Not I," said the
Pig. "Equal rights," said the Goose. "Then I will." said the Little Red Hen---and she did.
The wheat grew tall and ripened into golden grain. "Who will help me reap the

Pig. "I'd lose my welfare check," said the Goose.

When it came time to bake the bread, "That's overtime for me," said the Cow. "I'm
a dropout and never learned how," said the Duck. "I'd lose my welfare benefits," said the Pig. "If I'm the only one helping, that's discrimination," said the Goose.
"Then I will," said the Little Red Hen---and she did.
She baked five loaves of fine bread and held them up for her neighbors to see.
"I want some," said the Cow. "I want some," said the Duck. "I want some," said the
Pig. "I want my share," said the Goose.

"Excess profits," cried the Cow. "Capitalist leech!" screemed the Duck. "Company
fink," grunted the Pig. "Equal rights," screemed the Goose.
And they hurriedly painted picket signs and marched around the Little Red Hen
signing, "We shall overcome." And they did.
For when the Farmer came to investigate the commotion, he said. "You must not
be greedy, Little Red Hen. Look at the oppressed Cow. Look at the disadvantaged Duck. Look at the underprivileged Pig. Look at the less-fortunate Goose. You are guilty of making second-class citizens of them!"
"But--but--but--I earned the bread," said the Little Red Hen.
"Exactly," said the wise Farmer. "We will take what you rightfully earned, whether
you like it or not, and give it to your poor suffering neighbors." And he did.
And they lived happily ever after, including the Little Red Hen.

Sir Winston Churchill once quipped that "The inherent vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of blessings while the inherent virtue of socialism is the equal sharing of miseries." (www.quoteworld.org/quotes/2840) Lose the profit motive and you lose everything of real importance. Alexis de Tocqueville (1805-1859) noted that, "Democracy and socialism have nothing in common but one word, equality. . . . while democracy seeks equality in liberty, socialism seeks equality in . . . servitude." (www.bored.com/findquotes/cate_10_Equality.html) It is inherently wrong to rob and force people to give. To steal or extract, in the name of charity or any other name, from some to give to others is still an act of theft or larceny. Socialism, or the "Robinhood" mentality, has a lot of appeal for the have-nots, but it is always a farce and inevitably fails. In fact in all the annals of history it has not produced prosperity anywhere on earth. Dr. Adrian Rogers wrote:
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for
without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is the beginning of the end of any nation.
5. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
A newspaper article in South Africa hits the nail on the head when it stated:
As has been shown worldwide, when you eliminate private enterprise you remove the incentive to work, to improve, to excel. When the opportunity for personal gain is removed, so is motivation and the need to achieve. An unfortunate human trait, but a trait nevertheless and one that lies at the root of the failure of socialism. Indolence does not feed people [or create greatness, happiness or wealth.] (reference unknown)
For example, in all the years of communist rule in the once country called the USSR, it never produced a single invention, gadget, or service which has enhanced man's life in any way. Not so much as a new safety pin or paper clip ever come out of the once Soviet Union in all their years of so-called "dynamic" progress. The Soviet Union could not even feed its own people. Capitalism or free enterprise, on the other hand, has produced all the great and significant achievements in science, art, literature, economics---you name it. This is eminently clear, but once socialism has been established as a country's life blood, it is extremely difficult to root out and conquer, because it promises the moon. And the people are conditioned, instead of thinking what they can do for themselves, to think what the government should do for them. They want Big Brother to do it. It is a kind of Santa Claus mentality where people feel entitled and angry at the government for failing to bring about prosperity. It a "pigs fly" philosophy that is terribly out of sync with reality or the way people really function inside. Carried to the extreme, the results of the communes in Israel who tried to eliminate all private property was disastrous. Richard Pipes, a well-known American historian, wrote:
In those communes children had nothing of their own, not even socks or underwear; everything was shared. The results were terrible. When they grew up, those children could not establish normal human relations with other human beings because to them it was "selfish." They could not fall in love because love involves possessiveness. They could not write poetry because it was not something that the group enjoyed. They made wonderful army officers because they were very brave and would sacrifice themselves for the community. But they didn’t make normal human beings. On "rights," Thomas Sowell taught:
For society as a whole, nothing comes as a 'right' to which we are 'entitled' [---nothing]. Even bare subsistence has to be produced. . . . The only way anyone can have a right to something that has to be produced is to force [or compel]
someone else to produce it. . . . The more things are provided as rights, the less the [incentive the] recipients have to work and the more the providers have to carry the [full burden or unfair] load. (quoted in Forbes and Reader's Digest: http://wise-quotes.com/quotes/thomas-sowell)
It is a system of legalized plunder --- a theft based society. And as Ayn Rand, an American novelist and philosopher, declared, "Whoever claims the right to redistribute the wealth produced by others is claiming the right to treat [other] human beings as chattel." (http://freedomkeys.com/vigil.htm) To be treated as chattel means to be treated as though the people were the private property of the elites and like serfs or slaves, they have little or no rights. Anything the elites want to take from them they can. Redistribution of wealth---socialism---via the immense and dangerous power of government is always by force or coercion, which is against free choice. The point is, force and coercion never creates freedom. It destroys it by instituting some sort of vassalage or a form of subjugation limiting the most glorious standard of life. People forget that the twin sister of socialism is oppression and coercion. All of which are enemies of the basic human rights of mankind.
Socialism starts with a basic contempt or disdain for mankind. It wants to use government power to force and control everything and be fathers to stupid, blind, blundering human kind. Socialism always means loss of freedom and an increase of servitude depending on how extreme it is implemented. It also perpetuates childhood. It doesn't help people grow up and become strong, self-reliant, determined, ambitious or self-sufficient. It is not empowering. Socialism wants the people to be sheep and let the elites or big brother to rule everything. Those in charge will then be free to live high on the hog, but the people will be cattle who must do as they are told. It naturally creates and maintains poverty for the vast majority because it takes away the greatest incentive for progress the world has ever know---the profit motive.
Consider the following brilliant analogy:
Giving money to the middle-class will create more money in the economy and help people pay off their debts. Right! No, this is totally off. Imagine a swimming pool with a shallow end, representing the middle-class and poor, and the deep end, representing the rich. Say you got a big bucket and filled it with water from the deep end, walked over to the shallow end and poured out all the water. Would the shallow end get deeper? Would the water start building up higher on the shallow side? Let’s stop there for a moment and also imagine that I am the successful business owner
of Texaco and Chevron gasoline companies. If my taxes were suddenly doubled, I would be forced to take action to compensate for my new losses. As a smart business man, I wouldn’t let my empire crumble because a law was passed that my money is no longer my property. I would be forced to raise the price of my gas to compensate for Robin Hood stealing what I produced. The irony of this is I would be considered the cold hearted bad guy and Robin Hood would be the hero. So back to the swimming pool—as you have probably already guessed, the water dumped into the shallow end would find its way back to the deep end. (reference unknown)
Now for the unfortunate truth about the United States: the largest budget of all is all the income redistribution or socialistic programs run or financed by the Federal government. In spite of the fact that socialism is fatally flawed and built on nonsense as a principle, in spite of the fact that it creates more problems than it solves, ". . . social spending is the largest item in our federal budget." (www.federalbudget.com) The lastest so-called stimulus bill was nothing more or
less than an irresponsbile, unconstitutional act of theft and pork leading us down the drain to more stupidity.
The point is, the more we seek to benefit from institutions of government the more we enter into its realm of authority and power and the less liberty we have. On the other hand, the more we seek to provide for ourselves and our community without government, the more free we will become. William Pitt declared, “As long as we look to government to solve our problems, we will always suffer tyranny.” (2009: http://presys.com/~ekklesia/dvd.htm#R189)
William J. H. Boetcker wrote the following brilliant maxims or self-evident truths---the principles needed for responsible and realistic government, which unfortunately are rarely followed. He said:
You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift.You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
You cannot help the wage earner by pulling down the wage payer.
You cannot further the brotherhood of man by encouraging class hatred.
You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich.
You cannot establish sound security on borrowed money.
You cannot keep out of trouble by spending more than you earn.
You cannot build character and courage by taking away initiative and independence.
The point is government does not produce wealth. People produce wealth. And if the people are overburdened and crippled with taxes, regulations and government mandates, they stop producing. However, when they are relatively free to keep their earnings, they are encouraged and motivated to take risks, invest, create jobs and wealth and thereby benefit the whole economy and all the people of the nation. In the appendix of the book Saving Lives Enriching Life, after reviewing a great deal of history, it sumarizes and concludes that, "The more freedom a people have, the greater their health, wealth and prosperity; the less their freedom, the more their impoverishment, disease, and famines." (www.hawaii.edu/powerkills/WF.CHAP4.HTM) That is the lesson of history over and over again, and we would do well to heed the great lessons of life and not repeat their horrible failures.
20. Property: James Madison wrote in Federalist No. 54 that "Government is instituted no less for the protection of the property, than of . . . individuals," because the right of property is the foundation of all freedom. John Adams argued, "Property must be secured, or liberty cannot exist." (www.reason.org/commentaries
/summers_20061017.sht) The point is, in the words of George Washington, "Private property and freedom are inseparable." (Ibid.) Justice Joseph Story explained this, in Wilkinson v. Leland (1829), wherein he stated:
That government can scarcely be deemed to be free, where the rights of property are left solely dependent upon the will of a legislative body, without any restraint. The fundamental maxims of a free government seem to require that the rights of personal liberty and private property should be held sacred. In other words, property rights are the cornerstone of a free society. In fact, throughout human history the great advances of civilization have always taken place at a time when private property was considered to be a basic, fundamental right. Western civilization owes its progress in a great measure to the existence and high respect this important right had in the past.
So, what is property? Well, first of all, you are your own property. Your body is your property. Your mind is your property. When you apply your mind to the creation of a physical good, that is your property. When you apply your mind and body to working for someone else, the money you receive in exchange for your effort is your property. When you buy something off someone else, it becomes your property. To go even further, it needs to be understood that property rights and other human rights are virtually indistinguishable from each other. For example, in the absence of private property, the exercise of whatever right you wish will be dependent upon who controls the property, who has the means to make his or her dreams come true. In other words, there is no freedom to do things without the resources or the property to do them with. For, "without real property, there is no place to stand, sit, lie, walk, ride, or do anything." /chap8.htm#8.4) This was well-illustrated in the old Soviet Union where freedom of religion was proclaimed as a constitutional right, but with a hostile government, no ability to print books or create anything, confiscated facilities, circumscribed missionary efforts, and no property to facilitate its free exercise, freedom of religion did not really exist. It was suppressed or nonexistent. The right of private property is power---an extremely important kind of power that can make a "right" enforceable and therefore real.
Justice boils down to the enforcement of property rights. It is always connected with law. It is an inalienable or natural right, but to experience it depends on a nations court system. Richard Pipes, a specialist on Russian history, declared in a speech at “Evenings at FEE” in October 2004:
Every year, billions of dollars move from Russia to foreign banks, or get invested in foreign businesses, foreign soccer teams, or what have you. Why would you invest money in Russia knowing that if the government is displeased, it will take your property, arrest you, and the prosecutor will tell the judge what kind of sentence to enforce? This is a tragedy for Russia, but it also emphasizes to what extent private property is vital for liberty and economic progress. (www.fee.org/publications/notes/notes/property.asp)
Unfortunately, there are enemies to property rights just as their are enemies to freedom. Many people think that the way to prosper is to use the apparatus of compulsion and coercion inherent in government to "redistribute" the wealth of those who earned it honestly in the market. "Property rights" have been attacked incessantly by those with a vested interest in looting. But legalized or not, theft is always robbery. It is piracy or legalized plunder. It is inherently wrong. But, "Where an excess of power prevails, . . . No man is safe in his opinions, his person, his faculties, or his possessions." (www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,115088,00.html) Or as Alexander Hamilton expressed it, “In the general course of human nature, a power over man's substance amounts to a power over his will.” (http://freedomkeys.com/vigil.htm) Private property must be considered untouchable and sacred to protect freedom, because as Chief Justice John Marshall (1755-1835) declared, ". . . all other rights would become worthless if the government possessed power over the private fortune of every citizen." (Ibid.)
Big government is the enemy of freedom because too many work extremely hard to use government to force other people to do their biddings, set up their monopoly or favor their craft or profession above all others. The thirst for power and control of others is one of the most corrupting forces known to mankind, which is why there must be numerous checks and balances to curb and restrain it.
The writers of the Alabama State Constitution wrote well when they penned the following on the preservation of our sacred freedoms:
That the sole object and only legitimate end of government is to protect the citizen in the enjoyment of life, liberty, and property, and when the government assumes other functions it is usurpation and oppression. (www.legislature.state.al.us
Private property is necessary for the most important and pervasive of all motivations to work effectively and successfully.
It is a well-known truism that "People will not care for a resource that they do not own as much as they will care for a resource they do own." Ownership creates greater motivation. History has shown over and over again that the profit motive is the greatest and most powerful incentive of all time. Nothing can compare with it. For example, the communists allowed the farmers to keep as much as one-third of the land for themselves, to grow and sell what they could raise, after they finished their duties on the other two-thirds, which belonged to the State Collective. It was the isolated islands of free enterprise that kept millions of Russians from starvation.
When private property is protected by a stable government, prosperity is enlarged and expanded by leaps and bounds creating the greatest success stories in the history of mankind. And with greater prosperity, there is more for everyone. The point is, "A growing economy is good for everyone," including the poor, because "a rising tide lifts all boats in the harbor to a higher level," or "when the pie grows everyone gets a bigger share." Growth helps everyone---the rich and the poor. Ronald Reagan taught this
long ago. He said, ". . . . Rather than talk about how to divide a smaller pie, let’s work and build and bake a bigger pie so everyone can have a bigger slice." (http://findarticles.com/p/articles

21. The Poor: “For ye have the poor with you always, and whensoever ye will ye may do them good. . . .” (Mark 14:7) And ". . . the poor shall never cease out of the land. . . ." (Deuteronomy 15:11) There will never be a time when we will not have poor people—people who are in need. Since redistribution of wealth is morally and ethically wrong—a violation of freedom and a right to property, how will the poor be provided for?
President Grover Cleveland taught that ". . . though the people support the Government the Government should not support the people." (P.P.N.S., p. 345) We should also remember, as Frederic Bastiat reminded us, that "Nothing can enter the public treasury for the benefit of one citizen or one class unless other citizens and other classes have been forced to send it in." (THE LAW, p. 30; P.P.N.S., p. 350) Frederic Bastiat also declared:
How is the legal plunder to be identified? Quite simply. See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime. . . ." (THE LAW, p. 21, 26; P.P.N.S., p. 377)
Bastiat concluded that, "It is impossible, to introduce into society . . . a greater evil than this: the conversion of the law into an instrument of plunder." (Ibid., p. 12)
Dan Smoot, a former FBI agent in one of his radio broadcasts in 1968 said:
. . . the idea that the weak, indolent and profligate must be supported by the strong, industrious, and frugal - to the degree that tax-consumers will have a living standard comparable to that of taxpayers; the idea that government exists for the purpose of plundering those who work to give the product of their labor to those who do not work. The economic and social cannibalism produced by this communist-socialist idea will destroy any society which adopts it and clings to it as a basic principle - ANY society. These last two paragraphs re-enforce the need to follow correct principles, but the problem of the poor, the disabled, the sick and afflicted who cannot help themselves, is still an ever present problem. What is to be done?
First of all, the principle of “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime” should not be forgotten and where applicable should be applied. Otherwise, dependence is created, maintained and perpetuated so that the problem of poverty is made worse rather than solved.
Second, if government stopped foolishly flushing its money down the toilet and enriching the international bankers—all for nothing, but the most expensive accounting scam the world has ever known, plus stopped being the policeman of the world and shared responsibility, stopped inefficiency and waste and stupid pork and barrel spending, stop lobby money for re-elections and favors and myriads of failing socialized programs, the people would be rich with money and buying power. They would be empowered so much so that charity and contributions could thrive and be run with an effectiveness that the government has never known or ever conceived of. On these two major points, just elaborated in the above two paragraphs, the greatest good that has ever been done for the poor could be realized and wonderfully accomplished. And in spite of the evils and gross corruptions of the government, the people of the United States are the

The point is, most of the problems of the poor can be laid at the feet of government corruption, waste and stupidity, and the belief that we should let big brother or our blundering, ineffective and inefficient government solve all of our problems, instead of working to solve them ourselves and becoming self-reliant and self-responsible.
The responsibility of the poor is first, the poor themselves and their families. The government always gets things backwards. They want to take the man out of the slum to cure him, whereas the correct way is to take the slum out of the man to cure him. It is the responsibility of the wealthy to freely, without coercion or force, benefit and contribute through organizations that foster independence and strength and hope in the inner beings or on the inside of the poor through empowering education where they are taught how to fish and live free and productively for the rest of their lives.
Thomas Jefferson said, "I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them." (www.quotedb.com/quotes/2530)
Ron Paul explained all of this well when he declared:
Many say we must reform healthcare and treat it as a right, because that is the moral thing to do. Poor people should not go without healthcare in a just society. But too many forget the immorality of stealing from others in order to make this so. Many doctors willingly volunteer, accept barter or reduced payment from patients who can’t pay, or give away services for free. Many charities help the poor with food, housing and healthcare. These charities are much more responsive and accountable for helping people in need than government ever could be. 22. Socialism: Dr. Mark J. Parry, Ph.D., professor of Finance and Business Economics at the University of Michigan-Flint, explained it extremely well when he wrote:

In a radio debate several months ago with a Marxist professor from the University of Minnesota, I pointed out the obvious failures of socialism around the world in Cuba, Eastern Europe, and China. At the time of our debate, Haitian refugees were risking their lives trying to get to Florida in homemade boats. Why was it, I asked him, that people were fleeing Haiti and traveling almost 500 miles by ocean to get to the "evil capitalist empire" when they were only 50 miles from the "workers' paradise" of Cuba?
The Marxist admitted that many "socialist" countries around the world were failing. However, according to him, the reason for failure is not that socialism is deficient, but that the socialist economies are not practicing "pure" socialism. The perfect version of socialism would work; it is just the imperfect socialism that doesn't work. Marxists like to compare a theoretically perfect version of socialism with practical, imperfect capitalism which allows them to claim that socialism is superior to capitalism.
If perfection really were an available option, the choice of economic and political systems would be irrelevant. In a world with perfect beings and infinite abundance, any economic or political system--socialism, capitalism, fascism, or communism--would work perfectly.
However, the choice of economic and political institutions is crucial in an imperfect universe with imperfect beings and limited resources. Socialists say that poverty causes crime, but crime in Denmark, where no one lives in poverty, has increased 700 percent since 1960, and it is still rising. Divorce is also at an all time high and now 1/3 of all adults are single and living alone. "Another argument is that crime is caused by economic inequality. Well, Denmark has engaged in the most comprehensive income redistribution program of any nation [on earth]. Denmark is the most egalitarian country in the world today." (Ibid.) Yet things are still going wrong and crime is increasing. There are also serious and increasing shortages and continuously falling quality in government-provided health care and education. (Ibid.) An economics professor at a local college made a statement that he had never failed a single student before, but had once failed an entire class.--------------------------------------------

The professor then said, "OK, we will have an experiment in this class on . . . [how socialism works]."
All grades would be averaged and everyone would receive the same grade so no one would fail and no one would receive an A.
After the first test, the grades were averaged and everyone got a B. The students who studied hard were upset and the students who studied little were happy.
As the second test rolled around, the students who studied little had studied even
less and the ones who studied hard decided they wanted a free ride too so they studied little. The second test average was a D! No one was happy.
When the 3rd test rolled around, the average was an F.
The scores never increased as bickering, blame and name-calling all resulted in hard feelings and no one would study for the benefit of anyone else.
All failed, to their great surprise, and the professor told them that socialism would also ultimately fail because when the reward is great, the effort to succeed is great but when government takes all the reward away, no one will try or want to succeed.

If the Post Office were a market institution, instead of a government monopoly, it would go belly-up in about half an hour. It is bankrupt, wasteful, irresponsible and notorious for being a sweat shop with a great deal of anxiety to the point that flipping emotionally is often called, "going postal."
The reason for the push for socialized Health Care is that no form of taxation known to man will generate more revenue into the coffers of big government than the taxes they can charge the people of the United States disguised as healthcare "premiums." Ronald Reagan explained:

23. Guns and Ammunition: In her article entitled "Socialism Still a Failure," Kim Weissman declared:
Socialism, by its very nature . . . uses force or the threat of force to take from those who produce and redistribute to those who don't (after the ruling elites take their cut). Under socialism, all power rests in the hands of the almighty State.
One of the very first steps always taken by ascendant socialist governments . . . is to make sure that the people they rule have no power to resist their mandates. The brainless liberal politicians don’t seem to have much common sense when it comes to guns and ammunition. You can’t rid our society of guns. You can never disarm the whole populace. I guess we should cut off all men's genitals, because just like guns, they are used to hurt innocent people. The club, hammer, hatchets, arrow, axe or knife are tools for good or bad. "Guns [clubs, etc.] don't kill people, people kill people." Men's genitals don't rape women, evil men rape women. Good men are loyal, faithful and true. To take away gun rights, is just as crazy and outrageous as taking away men's genitals. Absurd is an understatement. Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and protect people. Gun-control laws have absolutely no impact on the lawless people of society who perpetrate 99% of the violent crimes and burglaries. So no wonder gun control is useless in deterring crime. It only makes the world more safe for the gangsters, thugs and outlaws. And creates helpless victims of the good, law abiding people who contribute to society.
Registration serves no purpose other than to prepare for the day that the socialist minded politicians will confiscate all guns. U. S. Congressman Jim Matheason wrote the following on March 3, 2009:

But the real reason for gun control is not for crime reduction, but to control the people and make them defenseless, docile, dependent and servile; that is, marginalizes (made ineffective or made so that they are easily controlled) to the point that they can be used by the ruling and powerful elite as they wish. Mao TseTung declared, "Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun."
Guns are so important and powerful that in nearly all countries, before they are ruthlessly taken them over by totalitarian powers, wherein they replaced decent governments with cruel and
heavy handed regimes, guns were confiscated. One of the major reason given by enemies to the United States, who at one time or another wanted to attack or destroy this country, as to why they did not do so, is because they knew that there is an unseen army (ordinary citizen gun owners) in the millions (as high as 20,000,000) in the United States who are armed and there are ammunition depose (gun stores) in every town and city of the land. That is a formidable power to say the least. Isoroku Yamamoto, the highest military officer of the Empire of Japan during World War II, said “I would never invade the United States. There would be a gun behind every blade of grass.” The danger would be too great and costly if not impossible to attack us.
The first Continental Congress in 1775 knew the power of the gun. They declared, "Men trained in arms from their infancy, and animated by the love of liberty, will afford neither a cheap or easy conquest." "Political Disquisitions," a British tract published in 1774 declared, "No kingdom can be secured otherwise than by arming the people. Without Them........We Are "Subjects" (Ibid.)
George Washington said, "The very atmosphere of firearms anywhere and everywhere restrains [is a deterrent to] evil interference [foreign or domestic] --- they [the guns] deserve a place of honor [and respect] with all that's good." (Ibid.) It all boils down to this, “The Second Amendment [that which safeguards our right to bear arms] protects all other amendments and is the keystone of all our liberties.” (www.commonsensekitsap.com/default.htm) No wonder George Mason in a speech in 1788 would say, "To disarm [a] people... Today, we need a nation of Minutemen, citizens who are not only prepared to take arms, but citizens who regard the preservation of freedom as the basic purpose of their daily life and who are willing to consciously work and sacrifice for that freedom. (Ibid.)
The whole future is in the balance --- too much is at stake not protect this sacred right.
24. Abuse of the Food Supply: In an article written in 1941, it described how food can and was used as a weapon of oppression. The example given by Economist Karl Brandt was on Stalin and Hitler. However, food shortages have been used from time immemorial. Ancient Rome used it as a political strategy, in medieval Europe and in India it was used to control and manipulate both large and small populations. It was deliberately used as the Brandt described below by two of the worst regimes ever created:
Both Stalin and Hitler use food to destroy internal opposition, reward accomplishment, punish failure, [and] establish the class distinctions of their "new orders." In Germany the "warrior caste" of the armed forces gets the fattest ration cards, skilled and essential workmen the next. Down at the bottom come prisoners, the insane, the Jews. Ration cards giving the owner right to more food are used to give workmen incentives to seek promotion, to increase their output. Supplies are suddenly cut down (regardless of the amount stored) to scare the population into believing the situation serious, or extra rations are suddenly granted to boost morale in a bad time. Food statistics are guarded like bomber planes. To the Nazis, food is "a beautiful instrument . . . for maneuvering and disciplining the masses." Providing or withholding food can be more powerful than a mighty army, air force or terrorist, more powerful than guns, cannons and explosives. Government must never be allowed to get control of the food supplies or meddle with it. Food monopolies or cartels, as they destroy competition and discourage the little man, must also be eliminated and never be allowed to develop. Growth and production must be encouraged by competition and a free market. Otherwise, extreme danger develops and insidious forces take over.
Government is coercive and dangerous and must always be guarded against. Food control must be a State, rather than Federal power, or better yet, it should reside in the people at lower levels of government. It should never be left in the hands of the Federal government, which fits with the 10th Amendment --- one of the most brilliant supreme laws ever enunciated. (See: "Limiting Government")
This high law has been abused over and over again by numerous uncontested unconstitutional acts passed by Congress over the last hundred years until we now have an extremely enormous and powerful Federal government and the States and the people of this country suffer and have been overrun by its corruption. The Food and Drug Administration is one example. It has permitted poisons and carcinogenic elements to be used in our foods. Yet it is an unconstitutional, bureaucratic, regulatory organization --- an unlawful monopoly that works hand in hand with the super-rich drug and medication manufactures and ensures, with their government sponsored and upheld police power, that the people of the United States are overcharged for medicine and can use dangerous drugs. In addition, even though Government scientists from Canada evaluated the FDA’s approval of Monsanto’s genetically engineered bovine growth hormone (rbGH/rbST)—injected into cows to increase milk supply and unanimously concluded that it was a dangerous facade and the drug was banned in Canada, as well as Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand, the U.S. FDA approves of it. But this is just the tip of the iceberg. Jeffery Smith, the author
of Seeds of Deception, the world's bestselling book on GM food, and the producer of the video, Hidden Dangers in Kids' Meals, declared:
When FDA scientists were asked to weigh in on what was to become the most radical and potentially dangerous change in our food supply—the introduction of genetically modified (GM) foods—secret documents now reveal that the experts were VERY concerned. Memo after memo described toxins, new diseases, nutritional deficiencies, and hard-to-detect allergens. They were adamant that the technology carried “Serious health hazards,” and required careful, long-term research, including human studies, before any genetically modified organisms (GMOs) could be safely released into the food supply.
But the biotech industry had rigged the game so that neither science nor scientists would stand in their way. They had placed their own man in charge of FDA policy and he wasn’t going to be swayed by feeble arguments related to food safety. In contradiction of the best minds of Europe and countries all over the world, the FDA declared that genetically altered food were no different than normal foods. Jeffery Smith explained, "The determination of whether GM foods were safe to eat was placed entirely in the hands of the companies that made them—companies like Monsanto, which told us that the
PCBs, DDT, and Agent Orange were safe." (Ibid.) The point here is, monopolies never have the public in mind, they have the almighty dallor as their guiding star. And they have managed to put the fox (the predator) in charge of the chickens (our food) or Dracula in charge of the blood bank. No one is safe from their contaminations and utter control of everything related to food. The situation is so delorable that neither ryhme nor reason is acknowleged by those in power in spite of the alarming facts:
GMOs [genetically modified organisms] were rushed onto our plates in 1996. Over the next nine years, multiple chronic illnesses in the US nearly doubled—from 7% to 13%. Allergy-related emergency room visits doubled between 1997 and 2002 while food allergies, especially among children, skyrocketed. We also witnessed a dramatic rise in asthma, autism, obesity, diabetes, digestive disorders, and certain cancers.
In January of this year, Dr. P. M. Bhargava, one of the world’s top biologists, told me that after reviewing 600 scientific journals, he concluded that the GM foods in the US are largely responsible for the increase in many serious diseases.
In May, the American Academy of Environmental Medicine concluded that animal studies have demonstrated a causal relationship between GM [genetically modified] foods and infertility, accelerated aging, dysfunctional insulin regulation, changes in major organs and the gastrointestinal system, and immune problems such as asthma, allergies, and inflammation
In July, a report by eight international experts determined that the flimsy and superficial evaluations of GMOs by both regulators and GM companies “systematically overlook the side effects” and significantly underestimate “the initial signs of diseases like cancer and diseases of the hormonal, immune, nervous and reproductive systems, among others.” (Ibid.)
Yet we remain unprotected from this plague. It is a sad state of affairs. Monopolies always rob and cheat people with reckless disregard to the consequences. _states/news_publications/food_farm/art2563.html) The control of America's food supply is now owned by an increasingly small number of corporations:
This near-monopoly control of America’s food markeets . . . runs contrary to the principles of competitive economics. According to these principles, markets are most effective when there is strong competition between a number of small, medium, and large firms. These firms compete to provide society a good or service at the lowest cost and with the highest quality. When these conditions are not present, the price and the quality of goods available to consumers [are] . . . compromised. (Ibid.)
Thus the consumer is defrauded of what would otherwise be inexpensive and what would otherwise be of superior value. The agribusiness claim of greater efficiency and productivity is dead wrong as research has shown that ". . . small and medium farms are found to be more productive and efficient than large, industrial farms." (Ibid.) The Canadian Catholic Organization for Development and Peace, which is involved in worldwide food supply concerns, report that:
Decision-making power over one of the most primary elements of life --- food --- has been wrenched from the people who produce and need food, and placed in the hands of people who profit from its trade. . . . The report blames the policies of international financial institutions, the World Trade Organization and government policies of the developed world for "systematically undermining the capacity of individuals and communities to access food, and the resources to grow their own. . . . Our food system is increasingly controlled by an ever-smaller number of
corporations," the report says. "Multinationals, not farmers, are in control." The stress on markets instead of food security has resulted in "widespread hunger," it says. The result is a horrible worldwide food crisis. More hunger, not less is the result, more unrest and upheaval and civil disobedience and atrocities occur, not less, more death and destruction, not less in the terrifying result.
The point is, monopolies are evil and literally steal from people all over the earth of one of the most important essentials there is --- food and well-being. And without food, freedom is impossible --- food is one of the most powerful forces in existence. He who controls the food supply controls the world. Agriculture and food production must be voluntarily promoted and safeguarded as an essential foundation for liberty without central government or monopolistic controls and regulations. Food production is a life and death, freedom or slavery endeavor. It is not right that a monopoly, government or central power should control it. It must be protected as a sacred and untouchable except to protect it form monopolies or regulation czars --- government dictators.
25. Vaccines and Pandemics: The enemies of mankind (tyrants/dictators/oppressors) have known for ages that the best way to enslave a people is to create a crisis and then, while they are hurting and afraid, offer them a solution that will seductively enable the government to take over more and more of their lives and make government bigger and bigger and the people weaker and weaker till they cannot resist the elites and must surrender.
The point here is, pandemics can easily be created with designer viruses using the amazing technological knowledge of biological warfare. Two things make this even more serious and dangerous than it is.
One, is the government has made laws that should a pandemic be declared, they can force everyone to be given a shot and should you refuse, you can be imprisoned or taken to a detention center or concentration camp. No excuse is allowed --- one's total freedom is erased and blotted out. It is a wonderful ploy for a forced takeover and enslavement of a people.
Yet it is completely unconstitutional. For example, the Fourth Amendment says, "The right of the people to be secure in their persons . . . shall not be violated." This is a fundamental freedom, but if government can force potentially dangerous substances into our bodies against our will, then they can justify almost any other atrocity. This is a very serious threat.
The other big mistake is giving out immunity. It is a way of making them (the government and/or the companies that make the vaccinations) unaccountable for any crime they perpetrate on mankind. The United States Government, for example, has made laws so that the big pharmaceutical companies cannot be sued or made liable for anything they do no matter how horrible and bad the outcome. This is a blank check to do anything --- hurt and maim others or experiment with populations with complete and total impunity.
The point is, if no one is answerable, then anything, any deprave act, can be done without any consequence. In other words, there are no actual guarantees for the safety of any vaccine, and if things do go wrong, you have no legal recourse whatsoever to sue anyone, anywhere, for damages. The perpetrator goes scott-free with the power to commit another atrocity against another unsuspecting victim.
So with the enormous force of the Federal government and immunity for whatever they do, great harm can be done, even the wholesale theft of freedom and liberty, which are too precious to risk. As Patrick Henry said, "Give me liberty or give me death." It is that precious. It must never be compromised --- not even for anything. Otherwise we are asking for a greater risk --- our own enslavement for generations to come. But this dreadful nightmare may be closer than we would like to believe as a recent lawsuit against the World Health Organization, the United Nations and high government officials demonstrates. The obvious solution or answer to this very real threat is to protect one against this kind of government takeover or coup is that all vaccinations must be voluntary and the big pharmaceutical must be made to pay for their mistakes.

Lets face it, making vaccines are very profitable and wherever there is big money, there are big temptations and criminals ever ready to take advantage of the easy money. For example, a Czech scientist tested Baxter's seasonal flu vaccine. He found that they contained live H5N1 and live H3N2 viruses. Baxter, a large producer of vaccines deliberately sent out 72 kilos of live bird flu virus in the Winter of 2009 according to the law suit sited above. (Op cit.) And why all the big fuse over swine flu that only killed 300 when the regular flu killed over 13,000 as the same time? Congressman Ron Paul
(who is also a doctor) has gone on record stating that the swine flu is little more than hysterical hype for financial gain.
The problem is the World Health Organization "prematurely" declares a pandemic, forcing dozens of governments to buy flu vaccines. Then, public health authorities invoke mandatory vaccination programs for children. The enriched vaccine makers then funnel profits back to the corrupt politicians, who favor and support this vicious cycle of plunder and personal ruin for unsuspecting, innocent civilians.
Congressman Ron Paul talked about what happened in 1976, where one person died from the actual flu, while 25 people died by adverse reactions from the supposed life-saving vaccine, and several hundred people developed crippling Guillain-Barré Syndrome as a direct result of their shots. He expressed concern that "nearly $8 billion will be spent to address a 'potential pandemic flu' which could result in mandatory vaccinations for no discernable reason other than to enrich the pharmaceutical companies that make the vaccine." (Ibid.) So why all the massive, international, multi-agency and military countermeasures which are absolutely out of proportion to the actual threat? Our chances of
being struck by lightning is 2,300 percent higher than your risk of contracting and dying from the swine flu. It is extremely unlikely that you will be afflicted by this flu unless the vaccine manufacturers again use live viruses to create a pandemic. All liberty-loving people all over the earth should shudder that World Health Organization directives state that, "During a pandemic, it may be necessary to overrule existing legislation or (individual) human rights." This is scary, because there is a hidden agenda to create massive new coercive power in the government and make huge amounts of money. Vaccines can and will be used against us. 26. Alcohol and Drugs: The deceitful scourge that makes everything horribly worse and bring ruin, pain and anquish. The immense power of these enemies of mankind are far greater and more serious than any of us realize or can fully fathom. For example, the horror of alcohol, something that looks so innocent, is eloquently expressed in the following statement of facts using "I" as a personal pronoun for alcohol:

Everything that is unwanted---everything that is mean and ugly---everything that is heartrending and cruel is made worse or promoted by drugs and alcohol. It is near the top of the list as far as being the greatest enemy of mankind.
Yet some people think it should be legalized---they point to Prohibition as a mistake and that the repeal of Prohibition was a benefit. But the real facts show that Prohibition was successful and repealing it sadly costs us billions and billions more dollars every year ever since and far worse human tragedies. William Bennett, the former direction of the Office of National Drug Control Policy, wrote in his book The Devaluing of America, the following:
One of the clear lessons of Prohibition is that when we had laws against alcohol there was less consumption, less alcohol-related disease, fewer drunken brawls, and a lot less drunkenness. Contrary to myth, there is no evidence that Prohibition caused any big increases in crime. The real facts are these: As a result of
Prohibition, 180,000 saloons were shut down, and 1,800 breweries went out of business. In ten years of Prohibition, the death rate due to alcohol decreased 42 percent, the death rate due to cirrhosis of the liver decreased by 70 percent, crime decreased by 54 percent, and insanity decreased by 66 percent. Norman H. Clark in his book Deliver Us From Evil wrote, "To suppose, further, that the Volstead Act (Prohibition) caused Americans to drink more rather than less is to defy an impressive body of statistics as well as common sense." (Ibid.) Ross J. McLennan wrote in Booze, Bucks, Bamboozle and You, the real facts:
. . . In 1914 the per-capita use of alcoholic beverages was 22.80 gallons. In 1934, the first year after repeal, the amount was 8.96 gallons. In other words, the nation had been weaned away from drinking during the nearly 14 years alcohol sales were illegal. And it took years of promotion by the alcohol industry to get consumption levels back up to their pre-Prohibition levels. (Ibid.)
In other words, Prohibition was a success and things got worse after the legalization took place. For example, paraphrasing from the article from Mark H. Creech, Alcohol-related crime and tragedy didn't go down after the repeal of Prohibition; it exceeded far more than the nation could have ever imagined. MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) reports an alcohol-related traffic accident kills one person every half hour in this country.
Laws that prohibit the use of alcohol and drugs should not be curtailed or eliminated, if anything, history and experience teaches us that they should be expanded and enlarged. The fight against alcohol and drug use and misuse is very serious and should be one of the highest priorities in the nation.
26. Vice is greatly exacerbated by substance abuse. But, in and of itself, vice is a terrible cancer in the midst of every nation on the earth. It needs strong medicine to combat, because it destroys and crumbles the very fabric of society. The battle against alcohol and drugs is critical in this arena because vice cripples the very people who guide and have families. And to do harm to families, is to cut off one’s legs and arms. It is to do harm to the future and to civilization itself. Families are the mortar which holds the building blocks of society together. Hardly anything could be more vital or serious. Will we have a lawful or lawless society? It all depends on values. If we value the good, the good will prevail, but if we esteem, support, and encourage vice, then the result is deadly and foreboding for everyone.
Vice can be a lot of different things, such as, crime, murder, sexual promiscuity and adultery, which is disloyalty and/or the betrayal of family vows, drug abuse and alcohol addictions, fraud, falsehood, etc. All of it has terrible and damning consequences. As Benjamin Franklin said, "Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters." That is, private virtue is the foundation of a lawful and productive society. James Madison write:

To suppose that any form of government will secure liberty or happiness without any virtue in the people, is a chimerical [or absurd] idea. . . . That is, it is nonsense. Edmund Burke soberly declared:
Society cannot exist unless a controlling power upon will and appetite be placed somewhere, and the less of it there is within [or inside a man], the more there is without [externally by force of arms]. It is ordained in the eternal constitution of things that men of intemperate minds cannot be free. Their passions forge their fetters. .html) The true hero is then one who lives an exemplary life and helps others to do so as well. Lt. General Joseph Smith (1805-1844) declared, "It is our duty to concentrate all our influence to make popular that which is sound and good, and unpopular that which is unsound." (HC 5:286) (Ibid.) The reason, in the words of Samuel Adams, is that:
. . . Neither the wisest constitution nor the wisest laws will secure the liberty and happiness of a people whose manners are universally corrupt. Here therefore is the truest friend to the liberty of his country who tries most to promote its virtue, and who [will do] so far as his power and influence extend. . . . And the family, which is the heart and soul of civilization—its shining star, must be protected, vouchsafed and cherished. Anything which builds and enriches marriage and family life builds society, because it builds people and makes them greater human beings more fit as good citizens and more productive and happy individually and collectively as a whole nation.

The founding fathers created a government system that would protect freedom and liberty. It disallowed welfarism, a personal income tax and many other wastes. It was sheer genius and:

It protected every person in his right to private property, rich and poor alike, and under this protection we built the richest, most powerful nation on earth. This great success has been diminished greatly because of the corruptions and schemes which have been established along the way to rob and cheat us, and plunder our money, but we are still the most powerful nation on earth. The founding fathers really were men of great genius and wisdom. And it is no secret that they really wanted a constitutional monarchy as well to increase our chances to protect our freedom and preserve prosperity. 27. Enemies: The greatest enemies of most nations are often right under their very noses. They are the special interest groups whether to promote their craft, scheme or cartel at the expense of others, or those who are much more insidious and have imperialist motivations to destroy and take over the country, start a revolution or radically change things as long as they are in charge. Some powerful people want a new world order. Some want communism or socialism.
Yet they all have something in common, they often wear cloaks of great respectability and honor. They seek to get into high and/or powerful positions of influence and to promote other like-minded cronies to positions of power. Sometimes they join together and are extremely secretive and amazingly well organized. They quietly spread their tentacles everywhere sometimes supported by international banks --- the richest people on earth, the super rich, who have world domination motives. (See: "Money") But whoever they are. They are enemies and do not have the best interests of their county at heart. Marcus Tullius Cicero (106-43 BC) described the problem well when he declared:
A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself.
For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. Like a cancer such people infiltrate society and work their wrongs. They are turncoats or Benedict Arnold's. Like Judas, they will sell their souls for money. They buy up politicians. They teach their filth in the universities of the land. They promote pseudo-science. They teach things contrary to the constitution. Their sneaky, sinister ways and means are numerous. Just look at the 1848 Communist Manifesto written by Karl Marx and see how effective this one unAmerican group has been in the United States:
(1) Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes. Property tax paid annually prevents the outright ownership of property, because if property can be confiscated for taxes owed, it can never truly be owned. The application of our rents of land (property taxes)are used for public purposes as envisioned by Karl Marx.
(2) A heavy progressive or graduated income tax. The income tax was imposed upon the people briefly after the War Between The Southern States and The dictatorial Federal Government. In 1895, The US Supreme Court abolished it with the words, "The income tax is indeed a direct tax and therefore unconstitutional". The
Court understood that, "No capitation, or other direct Tax shall be laid,..." Art. 1, Sec. 9, of the US Constitution, means exactly what it says. However, in 1913 there were enough socialist in Congress to again foist the income tax upon the people with the 16th Amendment to the Constitution. The income tax is not designed just to raise taxes, which could be accomplished very easily with a national sales tax. Instead, its goal is to punish achievement, invade privacy, and control the people through fear and intimidation from the most Gestapo-like arm of our government, the I.R.S.
(3) Abolition of all right of inheritance. Our inheritance tax puts all rights of inheritance in jeopardy. Property tax, income tax, and inheritance tax, should be abolished because they are all direct taxes and they all violate our God-given property rights. They could be replaced with indirect taxes like sales tax, tobacco tax, alcohol tax, or gasoline tax. Some advantages of indirect taxes are:
They are indeed Constitutional. Our privacy would be protected.
Everyone who spends money participates including the super-wealthy, foreign visitors, illegal aliens, drug dealers, and others now in the underground economy.
It is a pay as you go system - no April 15th.
The IRS and all associated collection cost would be eliminated.
Lower production cost will allow business to compete internationally.
Prices would come down more than enough to cover the sales tax increase.
Business would expand creating new jobs.
The money now in off-shore tax-havens would flood back into this country stimulating the economy.
Manufacturing would come back home absent the over-taxation and over-regulation that drove them to foreign countries.
(4) Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels. Our government does not normally confiscate property of emigrants, however, many laws and regulations have been passed in recent years which allow many government agencies such as the I.R.S., O.S.H.A., E.P.A., B.L.M., and drug enforcement agencies to confiscate property from citizens that are considered rebels. Much of this confiscation is achieved without due process of law.
(5) Centralization of credit in the hands of the State, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly. The Federal Reserve System was created in 1913. It is not federally owned and nothing is in reserve. It is a private corporation with the power to increase or decrease the money supply by changing the interest rates and the reserve requirements of its member banks. It can create money out of thin air, lend it to the government and then collect the
principal and interest from the taxpayers. That is why its owners always have and always will promote war and socialism to create inextinguishable government debt.
(6) Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the State. Communication and transportation are controlled by a number of government agencies, e.g., The Federal Communication Commission (FCC), The Dept. of Transportation (DOT), The Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC), The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Public Television is also a good example of state control of communication for the indoctrination of the concepts of socialism and humanism.
(7) Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State, the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvements of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan. Dan Smoot's book, "The Business End of Government" revealed that, the federal government owned 1165 different businesses like AMTRAC. The Bureau of land Management, The Department of Agriculture, The Department of Commerce, The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), etc., all promote a common plan of more and more regulation and control from government with less and less freedom enjoyed by the people.
(8) Equal liability of all to labor and the establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture. Heavy taxation, over-regulation, and other economic problems caused by our government's adoption of socialism has forced women to labor equally with men. Our industrial army is the Social Security System which requires membership at birth.
(9) Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country by a more equitable distribution of population over the country. We are not living under this plank totally. However, we do have many large agriculture corporations who have combined all levels of production from the farm to the consumer. It appears that the goal of this plank is to reduce the number of family farms making it easier to gain control of all food and fiber production. This goal is fast becoming reality.
(10) Free education for all children in public schools.... Communist and socialist have long recognized the value of indoctrination through a free educational system. And, it has produced a people with no understanding of the vast differences between the Free Enterprise System and socialism. During our Bicentennial celebrations (1986), a national poll of school children revealed that 46% of them believed that "From him with the most ability - to him with the most need" was part of our Constitution. The reason, the enemy has been so successful is because he has done things so gradually and slowly that the people have been fooled and ruined little by little.
There's an old story that says you can't kill a frog by dropping him into boiling water. He reacts so quickly to the heat that he jumps out before he is hurt.
But if you put him in cold water and then warm it up gradually, he never decides to jump until it's too late.
By then he is cooked!
Men are just as foolish. Take away their freedom overnight and you've got a violent revolution. But steal it from them gradually (under the guise of "security," or "progress"), and you can paralyze and destroy the freedom and well-being of an entire nation. (reference unknown)
The enemies of mankind have used this method effectively for generations and have corrupted much of the earth with their subtle lies. Some additional goals of the communist agenda for America specifically from the Congressional Record of August 1963 are as follows and have been implement by these enemies of mankind while everyone slept:
Permit free trade between all nations regardless of communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.
Provide American aid to all nations regardless of communist domination.
Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the United Nations.
Promote the United Nations as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces.
Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.
Do away with loyalty oaths.
Capture one or both of the political parties in the U.S.
Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current communist propaganda. Get control of the teachers associations.
Gain control of all student newspapers.
Infiltrate the press. Get control of book review assignments, editorial writing, policy-making positions.
Gain control of key positions in radio, TV and motion pictures.
Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them censorship and a violation of free speech and free press.
Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures and TV.
Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as normal, natural and healthy.
Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with social religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a religious crutch.
Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the grounds that it violates the principles of separation of church and state.
Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the grounds that it was only a minor part in the big picture.
Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the communist apparatus.
Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.
Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents.

Does any of the above look like the communists have been eminently successful in corrupting American? We do have enemies in our midst. Great changes have taken place for the worst. And a secret enemy has done this. Remember:
The only difference between communism and socialism is its method of imposition. Communism is forced upon the people against their will. Socialism on the other hand is entered into voluntarily by the majority of voters. Even though the goals are the same, socialism is much more dangerous because it gradually enslaves the people without the use of visible force, while artfully disguising its evil motives with a variety of so-called noble causes. Hence, the enemy is disguised and hidden, and the promise of something for nothing is very alluring and beguiling. “After all,” it will be argued, “don’t you care about people, or the welfare of the country, or the environment?” But this little baby dragon they have just hatched will grow up to be a fire-breathing monster of destruction and broken promises. It destroys freedom as government must take over everything. It is an ugly, robbing and evil system. And this enemy in America is so powerful right now that some feel it an honor to be called "socialists," even though socialism is a "pigs can fly" --- nonsense philosophy that has never produced prosperity or good anywhere on earth except on a temporary basis until
motivation drops and problems multiply, and the money runs out, which they always do under such repressive regimes. Also, as Karl Marx declared Socialism is the bridge to Communism. It is a bridge to having government thugs tell you what to do while everything becomes deary and no one is free to pursue their dreams or improve their lives unless they steal, rob and plunder and become thugs themselves in the prison culture that the government creates.

/marx.html) In other words, by their own admission, it throws out all the wisdom of the ages, all the lessons that mankind has learned for the good and blessing of all people. It discards all the virtues and ideals that make men and nations great. So what they get in the opposite. No wonder, it is a "pigs can fly" philosophy. For example, the Soviet Union would not have lasted as long as it did were it not for the fact that it was susidized by the international bankers and the super rich.
The following is how these enemies of mankind do their trick dangling a carrot in front of their victims and duping them into captivity and bondage. It is called the "Swine Line" --- hook, line and sinker, it catches and enslaves:
A chemistry professor in a large college had some exchange students in the class. 
One day while the class was in the lab the Professor noticed one young man (exchange student) who kept rubbing his back, and stretching as if his back hurt.
The professor asked the young man what was the matter. The student told him he had a bullet lodged in his back. He had been shot while fighting communists in his native country who were trying to overthrow his country’s government and install a new communist government.
In the midst of his story he looked at the professor and asked a strange question. He asked, ‘Do you know how to catch wild pigs?’
The professor thought it was a joke and asked for the punch line. The young man said this was no joke. ‘You catch wild pigs by finding a suitable place in the woods and putting corn on the ground. The pigs find it and begin to come everyday to eat the free corn. When they are used to coming every day, you put a fence down one side of the place where they are used to coming. When they get used to the fence, they begin to eat the corn again and you put up another side of the fence. They get used to that and start to eat again. You continue until you have all four sides of the fence up with a gate in the last side. The pigs, who are used to the free corn, start to come through the gate to eat, you slam the gate on them and catch the whole herd.
Suddenly the wild pigs have lost their freedom. They run around and around inside the fence, but they are caught. Soon they go back to eating the free corn. They are so used to it that they have forgotten how to forage in the woods for themselves, so they accept their captivity.
The young man then told the professor that is exactly what he sees happening to America. The government keeps pushing us toward socialism and keeps spreading the free corn out in the form of programs such as supplemental income, tax credit for unearned income, tobacco subsidies, dairy subsidies, payments not to plant crops (CRP), welfare, medicine, drugs, etc.. Hence, socialism is a horribly corrupting influence creating more and more weakness and an awful spineless dependency. People become wards of the state. Servitude and poverty is established, unwittingly promoted and perpetuated. People are considered dullards, chumps and simpletons and should not and will not be able to make personal decisions for themselves or their children. Freedom is drastically reduced. The people will no longer be allowed to act as strong, determined, powerful men and women. The name of the game is to keep the masses dependent and weak via power and control procedures using the terrible and enormous power of government. Third, the example of Hong Kong and China provides an impressive lesson on freedom being the greatest thing on earth for enhancing prosperity:
Let's look at Hong Kong and China as examples of what liberalism /socialism /Marxism does to people's lives vs. capitalism. Hong Kong is mostly a barren rock off the southern Coast of China. The British ruled it for over 100 years. The British allowed Hong Kong to establish the closest example we'll ever see to true free-market capitalism. What was the result? A stinking little island off the Coast of China that had withered in the backwaters of history for thousands of years, suddenly became a productive powerhouse. Remember, this little island has few natural resources of it's own. But the British gave the citizens of Hong Kong economic and political liberty. They stopped (until recently) the tyrannical rule of the Chinese Communists over Hong Kong. The result? Where most of the Chinese on Hong Kong were living in miserable poverty
before they got their liberty and free-market by the British, after they got their political and economic liberty (which is what a free market means), the economy exploded in productivity, giving millions of Hong Kong Chinese the chance to have a prosperous, productive, happy life.
In contrast, Communist China, before the free-market reforms were enacted 20 years ago, was like Cuba today. A miserable socialist hell-hole, where the vast majority of one billion Chinese were enslaved to the vicious socialist/Marxist agenda of Mao, and lived miserable, destitute lives. Then look what happened after the Communist Party instituted free-market (or close to free-market) reforms. China, the same China that was sunk in misery and poverty, exploded it's productivity and standard of living for the vast majority of it's people, so that now a billion Chinese have the chance to live a prosperous, happy lives. What was the crucial difference between China 20 years ago and today? Very simple. (Ibid.)
Conclusion:
So when we compare socialism, or any variation of socialism such as liberalism, communism, marxism, fascism, vs. capitalism, we see that the socialist ideology and its practice over the last 100 years, have been an abomination for millions of people who have died, been tortured, starved, or
deprived of their liberty because of this vicious political ideology. In contrast, even though the free-market is not "perfect," and a miniscule percentage of people don't "make it" in a free-market society because of their own lack of ambition, intelligence, or perseverance, or sometimes bad luck, for the vast majority of people living in a free-market, capitalist society, their standard of living and prosperity are constantly improving. It needs to be made eminently clear that socialism equals misery and failure, and it is the blood brother of communist. It means control, force and coercion, which means to be slaves of a dictatorial government and serve the elite. another organization has a Journal of Global Governance, there are global governance conferences, the United Nations in their own publications declare that, "Mankind's problems can no longer be solved by national governments. What is needed is a World Government." But what’s so wrong with global government, anyway? We have global problems, we need global solutions, right? Marilyn M. Barnewall makes a good point on this. She states:

Socialism and Communism are the arch-enemies of mankind. They are enemies of freedom and everything right and good. We must always remember the statement of George Washington and look with great suspicion on this sinister and covert ambition of the world elite that is just now emerging from the shadows and rearing its ugly, coercive philosophy. We need to always remember that force is not freedom, and freedom is not force. But government is coercion and it is dangerous especially when it secretly and slowly steals liberty until the people are in chains before they know it. They call evil good and good evil to trick and keep people asleep to their quiet treachery. Ezra Taft Benson, the Secretary of Agriculture under Dwight D. Eisenhower, was with Nikita Kruschev, the atheistic mass murderer and successor to Stalin, when he visited the United States in the 1960's. He wrote of this experience:
I have personally witnessed the heartrending results of the loss of freedom. . . . I have talked face to face with the godless communist leaders. . . . I was host to Primer Kruschev for a half day when he visited the United States. . . .

Their major strategy in order to ruin things and rob us of our liberties is to manufactured crisis, chaos, and terror in one form or another and then propose solutions that increase the enormity of government. They do this because when we are suffering, we look for ready answers and we are much more open to change. No wonder, Rahlm Emanuel, the current White House Chief of Staff, reiterated this when he declared, "You don’t ever want a crisis to go to waste; it’s an opportunity to do important things that you would otherwise avoid." (1) all humanity in peril (global crisis) = global government interest (2) global government interest = abandonment of national sovereignty
(3) abandonment of national sovereignty = abandonment of the Constitution
(4) abandonment of the Constitution = return to statist/totalitarian forms of government
(5) return to statist/totalitarian forms of government = abandonment of the concept of a free republic
(6) abandonment of the concept of a free republic = stripping fundamental protection of individual rights

It is as simple as that. It is possible that many crisis situations are being planned. Global warming, which is a myth, is still being used to attempt to make a global government. Clausen, President of the Bank of America and later President of the World Bank, declared, “The control of money and credit strikes at the very heart of national sovereignty.” (op cit: www.crossroad.to) If you want a single world currency, it requires an international banking structure armed with a monetary policy on a planetary scale. The result of such is, in the words of Paul Hellyer, Former Canadian Member of Parliament, that “. . . [countries] would no longer be able to pursue any kind of independent policy. Crisis after crisis will be used to promote the death of freedom, the loss of national sovereignty and the rise of world oppression by enacting new laws to solve the problems they created in the first place. William Pitt explain the eternal truth that, “As long as we look to government to solve our problems [instead of self-reliantly striving to solve our own problems], we will always suffer tyranny.” (www.newswithviews.com/Gregory/williams102.htm) We must be self-reliant and strong, not dependent and weak like the world governors want. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it. Congressman Lawrence P. McDonald in 1975 wrote the following on the Rockefellers, who bragged that they have used their power, influence, and money to promote a world government. He declared:

Walter Cronkite, an American broadcast journalist and anchorman for 19 years (1962–81) who was often cited in viewer opinion polls as "the most trusted man in America," wrote in his book A Reporter's Life in 1996:
The proud nations someday will see the light and, for the common good and their own survival, yield up their precious sovereignty, just as America's colonies did two centuries ago. When we finally come to our senses and establish a world executive and a parliament of nations. . . . (p. 128)
World government means the end of American sovereignty and liberty. In fact, it means the end of the sovereignty, liberty, and the basic human rights of all nations. Those who advocate world domination want to govern. They want to force and control everything to
keep all nations and all people in line. Freedom is not an option. They are very oppressive in their designs. In fact, they hate freedom, because they want to control us. That is, there will be no middle class, there will only be rulers and servants and coercion. Instead of checks and balances created to protect us from government, there will be checks and balance to keep people dependent and docile for the ruling elite to enjoy the fruits of their labors. This requires force and they will control food, water and every other need we have to enforce their rule upon us. It is not a pretty picture. The people who promote this are enemies of mankind. They are "Do-gooders" who want to force things and cram it down our throats.
We must always remember that the free-enterprise system has produced the most free and prosperous nation on earth for over 200 years despite hidden enemies in the midst. It is obviously a superior system that benefits mankind to the greatest degree possible and to the greatest degree ever known on earth. This precious heritage must not be given up to those who would ruthlessly rule the world. They have already created myriads of atrocities (crisis situations all over the world) in order to force us to accept their destructive solutions designed to little by little enslave us.

But the principle of prosperity is in capitalism or free-enterprise. 2. Abundance is impossible without industrious and efficient production.
3. Such production is impossible without energetic willing and eager labor.
4. This is not possible without incentive.
5. Of all the forms of incentive --- the freedom to attain a reward for one's labors is the most sustaining for most people. Sometimes called the profit motive, it is simply the right to plan and to earn and to enjoy the fruits of your labor.
6. This profit motives diminishes as government controls, regulations and taxes increase to deny the fruit of success to those who produce.
7. Therefore, any attempt through governmental intervention to redistribute the material rewards of labor can only result in the eventual destruction of the productive base of society, without which real abundance and security for more

The above formula is not the strategy of the global elites who would rob the world of freedom and basic human rights. But it is the principle that creates wealth and prosperity, independence, self-reliance and strength --- the kind that makes both men and nations strong and free. It is what made the United States the greatest nation ever known on the earth. This formula can again work its magic and build a beautiful future.
The point is, "The price of freedom [and liberty] is eternal vigilance." The implimentation of powerful checks and balances can help immeasurably to protect what is most precious and dear. "An ounce of prevention is worth a [10,000] pound[s] of cure." The grand conclusion is to implement them, strengthen them and add more, such as, those which have been put into The Model Constitution. Remember, there will always be those who will try to prostitute government into a looting scheme of theft, servitude or monopoly. So the fight must never end. Freedom is worth it.

31. Inviolability of the Constitution: If the constitution is not followed, it cannot provided any safety, security or protection. It must remain the supreme law of the land that cannot be broken without severe consequences, such as, death because it is a crime of treason against the highest law of the land. In the United States, the constitution is not being followed and there is great danger is in the air. Originally what made this country great was the complete adherence to its safeguards and provisions. For example, Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas (1898 – 1980) wrote:
Our Bill of Rights curbs all three branches of government. It subjects all departments of government to a rule of law and sets boundaries beyond which no official may go. Thomas Jefferson said, "In questions of power, then, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief with the chains of the Constitution." (Ibid.) In other words, from Supreme Court records, "The basic purpose of a written constitution has a twofold aspect, first the securing to the people of certain unchangeable rights and remedies, and second, the curtailment of unrestricted governmental activity within certain defined fields." (DuPont v. DuPont, Sup. 32 Ded. Ch. 413; 85 A 2d 724) It has a protective purpose as expressed in another important court hearing: "It is the peculiar value of a written constitution that it places in unchanging form limitations upon the legislation and thus gives a permanence and stability to popular government which otherwise would be lacking." (Muller v. Oregon, 208 U.S. 412) Stability is preserved. But to do this, ". . . there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them." (Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436, 491) In fact, as Chief Justice Marshall declared, "All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution, are null and void." (Marbury v. Madison, 5, U.S. (Cranch) 137, 174,176)
It is important to remember that, "The Constitution is a written instrument. As such, its meaning does not alter. That which it meant when it was adopted, it means now." (South Carolina v. Our Founders gave us a Constitution that guarantees the power of Government to the people. The reason was to prevent tyranny. They knew power corrupts. They knew money is power. They severely limited the power of the Federal Government and placed more power in the hands of the States which are closer to the people they serve. Growing a big Government is going in the opposite direction of what was intended by our Founders. Confiscating money (power) and distributing it as the Government sees fit is Tyranny. Both of these features of Socialism are in opposition to the Constitution of the United States of America.
According to the Constitution (from by article Andrew P. Napolitano published in October 2008):
Point One: "Congress cannot deny the equal protection of the laws. Thus, it must treat similarly situated persons or entities in a similar manner. It cannot write laws that favor its political friends and burden its political enemies."
Point Two: There is no power in the Constitution for the federal government to enter the marketplace since, when it does, it will favor itself [inequality] over its competition.
Point Three:
(a) The Contracts Clause (no State government shall create a law that impairs or interferes with private contracts, like mortgages),
(b) The Takings Clause (no government can take away property, like real estate or shares of stock, without paying a fair market value for it and putting it to a public use), and
(c) The Due Process Clause (no government can take away a right or obligation, like collecting or paying a debt, or enforcing a contract, without a fair trial)
Together [these clauses] mandate a free market, regulated only to keep it fair and competitive. [Socialism violates these clauses.]
It is clear that the Framers wrote a Constitution as a result of which contracts would be enforced, risk would be real, choices would be free and have consequences, and private property would be sacrosanct.
Mr. Napolitano's Constitutional Conclusion on present policies:
The $700 billion bailout of large banks that Congress recently enacted runs afoul of virtually all these constitutional principles. It directly benefits a few, not everyone. We already know that the favored banks that received cash from taxpayers have used it to retire their own debt. It is private welfare. It violates the principle of equal protection: Why help Bank of America and not Lehman Brothers? It permits federal ownership of assets or debt that puts the government at odds with others in the free market. It permits the government to tilt the playing field [in other words, cheat] to favor its patrons (like J.P. Morgan Chase, in which it has invested taxpayer dollars) and to disfavor those who compete with its patrons (like the perfectly lawful hedge funds which will not have the taxpayers relieve their debts). Bailouts are full of bias and favoratism and are unconstitutional as well as being unethical violating equity, fairness and justice. Besides, as Herbert Spencer declared, "The ultimate result of shielding men from the effects of folly, is to fill the world with fools." (www.cafe-philosophy.com/?q=quotes/Folly) The founding fathers were men of great intelligence, genuis and clarity of thought. They could see what would protect freedom and what would destroy it. Hence, the Constitution they created.
Treason against this supreme law of the land must be made to be a serious act of treachery punishable by mandatory death, imprisonment or permanent deportation. Tolerance is an extremely serious vice and is too dangerous to allow. It can consume the whole nation and burn it to the dust. Protecting freedom and preventing tyranny is one of the most important things that a government could ever do. That is what the Constitution was created for and it produced the greatest and most prosperous nation that ever existed in the annals of all mankind. The loss of that greatness rests with the abandonment of so many of the safeguards and protective clauses of the Constitution by our so-called public servants, the politicians and do-gooders, who have ruined the greatest thing mankind ever had.
It needs to be remembered, because it is of such great importance, in fact:
. . . it cannot be repeated too often that the Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals --that it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government --that it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government. "It is the nature and disposition of almost all men that as soon as they get a little authority, as they suppose, to immediately begin to exercise unrighteous dominion over their fellowman." (reference unknown) This is a grave danger and the reason we need protection. Why? Because as Count Joseph de Maistre, a well-known philosopher and jurist in post-revolutionary France, declared:
Man is insatiable for power; he is infinite in his desires and, always discontented with what he has, loves only what he has not. People complain of the despotism of princes; they ought to complain of the despotism of man. We are all born despots, from the most absolute monarch of Asia to the infant who smothers a bird with its hand for the pleasure of seeing that there exists in the world a being weaker than itself. Hence, a separation of powers must be upheld and defended to the hilt to stop government encroachments and abuse of the enormous power they have to control us and rob us of our most precious possession --- liberty and freedom.
Conclusion and Summary: This article has been on some of the more obvious and unmistakable sources of corruption in government. The above list, though not exhaustive or totally complete, are areas of deep and important concern. They are sources of trouble and grief. They are where corruption lives,
thrives and flourishes. More checks and balances are needed, not less, more separation of power is needed, not less to prevent the widespread abuse of power (monopolies) that naturally develop and grows in the unfertile soil of democracy and in almost all civilized societies in one way or another.
In fact, Karl Marx declared that "Democracy is the road to socialism." (www.
/marx_karl.html) Likewise, "Communism needs democracy like the human body needs oxygen," stated by Leon Trotsky. (http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Communism) It is the stepping stone needed for tyranny, which is why, the founding fathers of the United States created a Republic, the rule of law or checks and balances to stop corruption, power grabs and keep us free. Checks and balances are to make corruption a "high risk" and "low profit" venture, so much so, that what is right and good might prevail and abound in the land.
The Constitution was to be the supreme law. No one was to be allowed to break it, because the misuse of government is the game that is routinely play in politics, and it is the determined desire of trade organizations and other special interests groups, some of whom are true and committed enemies of freedom, who give out huge donations (bribes) to politicians. Many people who become legislators amass huge fortunes while in office from gifts and insider secrets. Politics is sadly mired in corruption, manipulation and deception. It is not a healthy environment in which to live and benefit society. Strong men with high ideals and moral standards often lose their bearings and are ruined by it. The depraved naturally succumb very easily and gladly. They glory in the easy money.
For the sake of society, we need to develop an atmosphere that promotes service and sacrifice, and a love for country and for future generations. To help in the process of reform and improvement, a model, not a perfect model, but a terrific constitution has been created to put an end to the normal sources of corruption noted in most democracies and other similar governments especially the United States Government. It includes a constitutional monarchy as an additional safeguard to protect some of the greatest things on earth --- freedom and liberty. (See "The Model Constitution")
Constitutional monarchy is important, because it provides an additional check or barrier that gets in the way of corruption. Those countries that do have limited monarchs generally have the least amount of crime, and greater prosperity, stability and wealth than most of the other nations on the earth. Constitutional monarchy seems to be better suited to serve the common good and to protect freedom and liberty than any other system ever devised by man. Why? Because it is a monarchy with a Constitution. In other words, it is a system of checks and balances so needed to support, safeguard and preserve everything we hold precious and sacred --- freedom and liberty. Any nation wanting to improve their prestige and status among the nations and expand the good and well-being of all their people would do well to establish such. But along with this, laws need to be made to abolish the above mentioned monopolies and corruptions. Monarchy, as great as it is, is not big enough to overcome the terrible choke hold of some of the two faced, underhanded influences that exist --- they are extremely powerful like a malignant cancer in the body that is metastasizing and destroying the life of the body with little or no hope of recovery. What is needed is a law --- a supreme law --- a constitution upheld as the pinnacle of magnificence that protects everything right and good. The founding fathers of the United States had it right. The Model Constitution presented on this website is an attempt to preserve all the greatness and glory of the past constitution and add additional safeguards not only to prevent and overcome corruption, but to promote and protect some of the greatest things of life --- freedom and prosperity to the level that once made the United States the richest, freest, happiest and most prosperous nation on earth --- something that has been sadly lost through the years.
